As soon as you walk into Wilford View you will be met with beautiful and homely visual stimulation. We are not a hotel and we aren’t aiming to be one. We are a home and a family. Our three floors all offer something different for the needs of the residents however all three floors have the same high quality approach to care to match the design of the home.

All care provided at Wilford View is Person-centred. We understand that all residents that live with us are individuals that have their own likes and dislikes and as well as their own requirements of support.
We work with the residents and their families to ensure the best care is given as well as the preferences of their care and how they wish to live.
We encourage our residents to guide us on their preferences and their likes as well as dislikes so they can receive the best care they can.

As a service Wilford View has an open door policy which allows a conversation between the home and anyone that has any questions, queries or concerns. The open door policy is there for anyone that needs it, whether is a resident, family or a visitor.

At Wilford View we are always looking for ways to go above and beyond for our residents whether it is special trips planned for a group or more personal days out for individuals.
