Wilford View Care Home accepts admissions from the community, other care settings or following hospital discharges. Our process for all admissions includes a face to face needs assessment, followed by a multidisciplinary team review to ensure we can meet the needs of those coming into our service.

It is important that we collate information to support us to develop personalised care plans with the family of those in our care, but most importantly, the person themselves.

All information is handled sensitively and in line with GDPR.

When considering a new admission into the service, we not only consider the person wishing to move into our home, but also those already living in our community.
